Lysofat
Lysofat is a poultry feed supplement designed to maintain highest calorific value and also obtain multiple extra caloric effects from different oils. The product has been fortified with natural and exogenous emulsifiers and antioxidants.
Benefits
Emulsification
Lysofat is fortified with highly effective emulsifiers to overcome these limiting factors. Better ability to emulsify and absorb moisture leads to better digestibility. Further, the ability to absorb moisture leads to better quality of pellets, and better production rates in case of pellet feed production.
Hydrolysis by lipase
Lysofat with its built in emulsifying ability ensures a higher surface area of fat is exposed to pancreatic lipase thus ensuring better hydrolysis. Also addition of pure fatty acids which do not require lipolysis ensures optimum utilisation of lower levels of lipase enzyme.
Micelle formation
Addition of optimum concentration of phospholipids and monoglycerides to Lysofat ensures higher degree of micelle formation thus improving digestibility.
